I need insurance ASAP to get on a job site, how long do I need to wait?

If it's urgent, simpler trades businesses can be turned around within hours. More complex businesses working in Civil, High Rise, Industrial fields will take up to a week due to the information required and the insurers we need to work with to properly cover those types of businesses.

What does a trades business need to insure?

Public & Products Liability is the obvious one, but we will also provide advice around several other products depending on your business, including general property, contract works, professional indemnity, management liability, motor fleet and many others.

Can I just get a review of my current insurance policies?

Absolutely. We will obtain copies of your currency policies, review them in detail and let you know if there are issues that should be dealt with immediately. If not, we will offer to assist at your renewal date with other options on your business insurance.

How can you help me with my contractors?

We have a staff member that is solely responsible for contacting the contractor's of our clients and obtaining their insurance certificates every 3 months. We do this because contractors often cancel their policies after sending the certificate, and 3 monthly checks will prove this if it occurs. We will then check their policy for suitability to the work they are completing for your business to ensure that they are covered correctly.
